给雄性昆明小白鼠腋下荷Ｓ１８０肉瘤后观察黄芪多糖和硒化黄芪多糖的抑瘤效果和抗氧化作用。结果：黄芪多糖的抑瘤率为２３．６６％（Ｐ＞０．０５），硒化黄芪多糖的抑瘤率为５１．１４％（Ｐ＜０．０５），并发现硒化黄芪多糖对小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤有较强的抑制作用
