近几年随着我国经济领域的迅速发展,不动产作为家庭重要财产受到人们重视,确认不动产物权归属的重要依据即为不动产登记,即由不动产所在地的登记机构对该不动产物权的变动情况及权利状况进行登记,通过登记达到物权公示的目的,使其权利人的相关利益得到保障。不动产登记制度不仅是财产交易有序化的条件,亦是物权制度赖以生存的基础,在我国物权法系中占有极为重要地位。鉴于此,我国应当加强对不动产登记制度的研究,让其在市场经济活动中发挥更大效用。本文拟通过对不动产登记制度的相关问题解析,进一步完善不动产登记制度的路径。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, immovable property has been valued by people as important family property.
