以5个不育系和5个恢复系为亲本,采用不完全双列杂交试验设计,对水稻12个品质性状配合力和遗传力分析。结果表明:①大部分品质性状的一般配合力方差极显著,说明主要受基因加性效应作用。②除了糙米率和碱消值级以外,其他10个品质性状受不育系影响较大。③各品质性状狭义遗传力顺序为:粒长>粒长宽比>胶稠度>垩白粒率>垩白度>精米率>碱消值级>整精米率>糙米率>透明度级>水分>直链淀粉。④在对亲本主要品质性状的综合评价上供试的不育系以川345A、川106A最好,恢复系以HR13、HR19最好。
With 5 sterile lines and 5 restorer lines as parents, incomplete diallel cross design was used to analyze the combining ability and heritability of 12 quality traits in rice. The results showed that: (1) The variance of general combining ability of most of the quality traits was very significant, which indicated that the major additive effect was the effect of gene. ② In addition to the brown rice rate and base consumer value level, the other 10 quality traits are more affected by the CMS. ③ The order of heritability of each quality trait was as follows: grain length> grain aspect ratio> gel consistency> chalky grain rate> chalkiness> milled rice rate> alkali consumption level> milled rice rate> brown rice rate> Amylose. ④ The sterile lines tested in the comprehensive evaluation of the main quality traits of the parents were the best in Sichuan 345A and Sichuan 106A, and the best in the restorer lines HR13 and HR19.
