在工程项目各阶段中,对工程造价进行合理确定,能为工程项目顺利进行奠定坚实基础。近几年,在国家快速发展下,促使市场经济取得有效改革,并在建筑工程管理方面提出了更高的需求,其中工程造价确定、有效控制,更是成为当前建筑行业重点关注话题。在此基础上,本文首先对工程造价进行分析,其次阐述工程造价合理确定,最后研究工程造价的有效控制,以期为此类研究工作的开展提供参考价值。 In all stages of the project, the reasonable determination of project cost can lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project. In recent years, with the rapid development of the country, effective reforms have been made in the market economy and higher demands have been put forth in the management of construction projects. The project cost control and effective control have become the focus of the current construction industry. On this basis, this article first analyzes the project cost, and secondly elaborates that the project cost is reasonably determined, and finally studies the effective control of project cost so as to provide reference value for the development of such research work.
