研究了长期(1996~2008年)施用有机肥(M)、有机肥+有效菌剂(BM)、有机肥+有效菌剂+微量元素(BMT)、化肥(F)以及化肥+微量元素(TF)对红壤旱地土壤有机质、养分和CEC的影响。结果表明:长期定位施用有机肥的处理土壤有机质含量均显著积累,从1996年的8.91 g/kg上升到2008年的21.55 g/kg,全氮、全磷、水解氮、有效磷、有效钾和CEC含量升高,土壤全钾含量变化趋于平缓,甚至有降低趋势。说明红壤旱地施用有机肥以及有机肥配施有效菌剂更有利于土壤养分积累。
