目的探讨不同实验室检测方法诊断儿童支原体肺炎的比较。方法对61例疑似MP肺炎患儿血清标本,应用两种检测方法进行血清抗MP抗体检测。结果明胶颗粒凝集法、金标渗滤法两种血清学方法检测抗肺炎支原体抗体阳性率分别为85.2%、42.6%。结论明胶颗粒凝集法诊断MP感染有较高的敏感性和特异性。
Objective To investigate the comparison of different laboratory tests in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Serum anti-MP antibodies were detected in 61 serum samples from children with suspected MP pneumonia by two detection methods. Results The positive rates of anti-Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibodies detected by gelatin particle agglutination and gold standard percolation were 85.2% and 42.6% respectively. Conclusion The detection of MP infection by gelatin particle agglutination has high sensitivity and specificity.
