为提升直升机设备舱的通风散热能力,采用格子-玻尔兹曼方法(Lattice Boltzmann method,LBM)对不同构型进排气口组合的直升机设备舱简化模型进行了数值模拟分析。通过对比分析不同优化设计方案进气流量及温度分布,给出了斜切处理的进气口外罩进气效率更高,斜切处理的排气口外罩能使排气口排气效率提高的结论。
In order to improve the ventilation and heat dissipation capacity of the helicopter equipment bay, the simplified model of the helicopter equipment bay with different configurations of inlet and exhaust ports was numerically simulated by Lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). By comparing the intake flow and temperature distribution of different optimized design schemes, it is concluded that the gas inlet cover with bevel treatment has higher intake efficiency and the bevel treated exhaust cover can improve the exhaust gas exhaust efficiency. .
