中国近二十几年的快速发展,使得东方巨龙开始腾飞,特别是近些年随着经济改革的不断深入和国家更加开放,社会经济结构发生激烈变化。如何应对这种变化,成为机遇的最大受益者,应是人们最关心的问题。从宏观上看,我国港口领域还存在如何选择正确的发展路线,发展后发优势,实现跨越式发展和可持续发展的问题。从微观上看,港口企业和产业在激烈的结构变化时期,面临如何整合和优化各类资源,打造出核心竞争力,实现快速和可持续发展问题。为此,本刊约请吴颖高先生撰写系列文章从企业、港口、口岸、市场和行业各个角度阐述如何转变观念、思维方式和如何及时理清发展思路,抓住机遇,发挥优势,整合和优化港口资源、市场资源和优化产业结构以及通过整合和优化手段提升企业和行业的核心能力。吴颖高是英国威尔士大学海运研究和国际运输系博士,教授级高级工程师,多年从事港口工程、物流工程、集装箱信息化的管理和研究工作,主持完成《大窑湾二期集装箱码头建设经营方式研究报告》等多项国家重点港口工程的研究和建议。现任大连港集装箱股份有限公司副总经理,现任和曾担任十多家港口企业(包括码头、物流、IT类)董事长、执行董事和董事等职。 The rapid development of China over the past two decades has enabled the Eastern dragon to take off. Wu Yinggao is a Ph.D., professor-level senior engineer in maritime research and international transport department at the University of Wales, UK. He has been engaged in the management and research of port engineering, logistics engineering and container information for many years and presided over the completion of the “Research Report on the Operation Mode of Dayaowan Phase II Container Terminal ”A number of key national port projects such as research and recommendations. He currently serves as the deputy general manager of Dalian Port Container Co., Ltd. and currently serves as chairman, executive director and director of more than 10 port enterprises (including terminals, logistics and IT).
