企业文化建设要“内化于心”“固化于制”“外化于行”

党的十七届六中全会是在全面建设小康社会关键时期召开的重要会议,从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局的高度,部署了深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣。全会全面总结我们党领导文化建设的成就和经验,强调要坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,努力建设社会主义文化强国。中国特色企业文化作为中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,对于这一目标的达成,具有重要的基础性意义。为进一步生动展示广大中国企业在企业文化建设上所取得的成果和积累的经验,我们特约请了四位国有企业党委书记来谈企业文化建设的经验做法与思考。 The 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting held during the critical period of building an overall well-to-do society. From the height of the general layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we have deepened the reform of the cultural system and promoted the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. The plenary session comprehensively summarized the achievements and experiences of our party in leading the cultural construction, emphasized that we must adhere to the socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics and strive to build a strong socialist culture. As an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, the enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics has an important and fundamental significance for the achievement of this goal. In order to further vividly show the achievements and accumulated experience of the vast number of Chinese enterprises in the building of their corporate culture, we specially invited the party committee secretaries of the four state-owned enterprises to talk about the experiences and thinking on the construction of corporate culture.
