对2002年~2015年中国活性炭产品出口贸易结构与竞争力演进实证分析表明:中国活性炭贸易以出口为主,出口活性炭价格远低于进口活性炭价格;出口活性炭主要集中于380210类产品,出口市场主要集中于日本、欧盟、美国与韩国,出口市场集中率较高,但出口市场结构风险呈下降态势;中国活性炭产品出口国际市场份额仅次于美国,但发展态势优于美国;中国出口活性炭产品质量竞争力太低,远低于欧美等国际主要竞争对手。为此,提出主动实施活性炭深加工战略、出口市场多元化战略、控制出口数量、“走出去、引进来”战略等对策建议。
The empirical analysis of the evolution of the export trade structure and competitiveness of China’s activated carbon products from 2002 to 2015 shows that: Activated carbon trade in China is dominated by export while the export price of activated carbon is much lower than that of imported activated carbon; the export activated carbon mainly concentrates on 380210 products and the major export markets Concentration in Japan, the European Union, the United States and South Korea, the export market concentration is high, but the export market structural risk is declining trend; China’s export of activated carbon products in the international market share second only to the United States, but the development trend is better than the United States; China’s export of activated carbon product quality Competitiveness is too low, much lower than Europe and the United States and other major international competitors. To this end, proposed the initiative to implement the strategy of deep processing of activated carbon, export market diversification strategy, control the number of exports, “going out, bringing ” strategy and other countermeasures.
