本文利用BALB/C纯种小鼠复制艾氏腹水癌(EAC),分别检测EAC荷瘤鼠早期,中期和晚期血消丙二醛(MDA),血浆、癌细胞内cAMP和癌细胞膜腺苷酸环化酶(AC)活力,并与正常鼠比较,在寻找各自变化规律的基础上,探讨其相互关系。结果发现,EAC荷瘤鼠血清MDA比正常鼠明显增高,且随病情的发展而不断增高,而EAC荷瘤鼠血浆cAMP比正常鼠明显降低,随病情发展不断下降。两者呈高度负相关(P<0.01)。癌细胞cAMP和AC活力的变化规律及与血清MDA关系与血浆cAMP相似。提示自由基可能通过损伤-SH,降低AC活力和使能量代谢障碍而致癌细胞内的cAMP下降。
In this paper, Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) was replicated in BALB / c mice to detect early, middle and late serum malondialdehyde (MDA), plasma, cAMP in cancer cells and adenosine monophosphate Cyclase (AC) activity, and compared with normal mice, looking for their own changes in the basis of the law to explore the relationship between. The results showed that the serum MDA of EAC bearing mice was significantly higher than that of normal mice, and increased with the development of the disease. However, the cAMP of EAC mice was significantly lower than that of normal mice and decreased with the progression of the disease. The two were highly negative correlation (P <0.01). The changes of cAMP and AC in cancer cells and the relationship with serum MDA were similar to plasma cAMP. It is suggested that free radicals may cause the decrease of cAMP in cancer cells by damaging -SH, decreasing AC activity and disrupting energy metabolism.
