近些年来,全球范围内面临的问题主要包括如资源和环境问题、人口和发展问题等,除此之外,还有一个全球面临的巨大问题,即:腐败问题。这个问题从古到今、从国外到国内,都已经对国家的稳定与发展造成了严重的威胁。对于我国来说,问题更为突出,因为我国目前正处于特殊的时期,也就是对体制进行转型,对社会进行变革的阶段,腐败问题变显得尤为重要。尽管我国的法律法规等体系较为完善和严密,并且对于反腐的工作也起到了一定的成效,但我国刑事立法还不够完善,甚至在某些方面还存在明显的漏洞与缺陷,以致还不能有效的预防和惩治腐败犯罪。本文即是围绕着这些立法问题提出一些建议。 In recent years, the problems facing the world mainly include such issues as resources and the environment, population and development issues.
