不同的教学任务中,需要教师扮演组织者、指导者、参与者等不同的角色,这就要求我们的老师能在多种多样的课堂教学活动中适时、适当地转换角色,教师角色的转换有利于科学地组织好教学,真正发挥教师的主导作用,调动学生学习英语的积极性。教师的角色的转换为学习者提供适宜的英语课堂学习环境,从而促进学习者自主学习,获得最佳学习效果,促进大学英语教学质量的不断提高。
