在螺杆泵的日常生产管理中,对生产参数的监控全部采用人工现场测试方法,测试间隔时间长、准确率低,参数调整困难、繁琐,工人的劳动强度大,对井下泵的生产状态不能及时准确的判断与调整,生产系统效率相对较低。为提高螺杆泵采油系统的生产效率,最大限度的发挥设计潜力,在海16-22井上开展了LGB螺杆泵井智能监控技术应用试验,证明该技术能够实现自动诊断、自动控制、网络化管理等多种功能,为螺杆泵采油技术自动化管理、最大限度地发挥技术潜力提供了技术保障。
