宫颈癌腔内照射以~(226)镭和~(60)钴的应用最广,以~(137)铯作为放射源的很少。近年来,我们采用半量~(137)铯腔内照射加手术治疗宫颈癌取得一些经验。本文主要通过18例宫颈癌手术标本的病理学检查来评价半量~(137)铯腔内照射的疗效以及放射和手术综合治疗的优越性。材料和方法采用1982年4月~1983年8月间连续治疗的宫颈癌Ⅰb—Ⅱa患者18例。术前均经病理活检证实。年龄37~55岁。其中Ⅰb3例,Ⅱa15例。~(137)铯腔内照射总量
Intracavitary irradiation of cervical cancer with ~ (226) radium and ~ (60) cobalt is the most widely used, with ~ (137) ytterbium as the source of radiation. In recent years, we have gained some experience with half-dose (137) intraluminal irradiation plus surgery for cervical cancer. In this paper, the pathological examination of 18 surgical specimens of cervical cancer is used to evaluate the efficacy of half-intra-cavity irradiation (137) and the advantages of radiation and surgical comprehensive treatment. Materials and Methods Eighteen cases of cervical cancer Ib-IIa were treated consecutively between April 1982 and August 1983. All patients were confirmed by pathological biopsy before surgery. Age 37 to 55 years old. There were 3 cases of Ib and 15 cases of IIa. ~(137) total intracavity irradiation
