将硫酸氧钛、硝酸镧、氢氧化钠作为原料,在醇水溶液体系中制得La-TiO_2纳米晶,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、物理吸附仪、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计对样品的结构和形貌以及性能进行了表征。结果表明:制得的La-TiO_2为纯锐钛矿TiO_2,当掺杂比例为1%(摩尔比,La~+∶Ti~(4+)=1∶100)时La-TiO_2的比表面积为210m~2/g,具有介孔结构,反应时间3h,对甲基橙的降解率最大,降解率达到85.60%。
La-TiO 2 nanocrystals were prepared from aqueous solution of titanyl sulfate, lanthanum nitrate and sodium hydroxide using X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, physical adsorption, UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy The photometer was used to characterize the structure and morphology of the samples. The results showed that La-TiO 2 was pure anatase TiO 2. The specific surface area of La-TiO 2 was 1% (molar ratio, La ~ +: Ti ~ (4 +) = 1: 100) 210m ~ 2 / g, with a mesoporous structure, the reaction time 3h, the degradation rate of methyl orange maximum, the degradation rate of 85.60%.
