分析了六盘水矿区煤矸石的理化性质,结果表明该矿区的煤矸石具有较高的铝含量和铁含量,在750℃煅烧2 h的条件下,可以有效地活化煤矸石中的铝铁成分;将煤矸石煅烧粉用20%硫酸溶液,按照液固比3∶1(mL/g),在93℃的水浴中搅拌酸浸4 h,铝元素和铁元素的溶出率分别达到83.2%和96.8%;用Na2CO3溶液调节酸浸滤液的pH为0.8,在93℃的条件下聚合8 h,然后在室温下熟化24 h,最后得到液态PAFS产物。用质量分数为1%的PAFS产物0.5 mL对800 mL含3.0 g 300目高岭土的悬浊液进行除浊实验,1 h后去浊率为96.34%。
The physical and chemical properties of coal gangue in Liupanshui mining area were analyzed. The results showed that the coal gangue in this mining area had high content of aluminum and iron, and could be activated at 750 ℃ for 2 h.
