在社会快速发展过程中,人力资源的优化配置更显十分必要,各行各业发展过程中在重视人才引进的同时,还要对人才档案管理工作给予充分的重视。当前随着人才流动的频繁,再加之新建档案数量日益增多,弃档、人档分离及死档现象越来越严重,这对人事档案管理水平的提升带来了较大的影响,因此需要针对当前人才流动环境下人事档案管理工作中存在的新问题进行分析,从而采取切实有效的措施加以解决。
