With the rapid development of the country’s economy, urban construction has undergone great changes gradually. A large number of high-rise buildings have gradually emerged. In order to meet the demands of the residents for garages, shopping malls and other needs, engineers gradually started to develop and utilize underground space, which occupies less space Rate, will not hinder the advantages of traffic and other large high-rise buildings with large basements appear one after another. However, when undertaking construction of high-rise buildings with large basements, the contractor found that the richness of water in the underground soil layers in some areas led to the flooding of the foundation so that the inclines and collapses of the upper structures occurred. There are also relevant requirements for China’s norm on such issues. In this paper, through the study of norms and the research on actual engineering accident handling, this paper introduces the floating treatment measures on the basis of buildings so as to avoid the serious damage to the superstructure caused by the floating.
