采用反相悬浮法,以己二胺为交联剂,将聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)分别与三种有机粘土复合,制备了聚天冬氨酸(PAsp)/有机粘土复合吸水性树脂。探讨了有机粘土的种类和含量对复合吸水性树脂的吸水倍率的影响,研究了含不同种类有机粘土的复合吸水性树脂的耐盐性、保水性和热稳定性。结果表明:有机粘土的种类不仅影响复合吸水性树脂的吸水倍率,而且对其耐盐性、保水性和热稳定性也有较大的影响,其中含有机高岭土的复合吸水性树脂的吸水性和热稳定性最好,含有机钠基蒙脱土的复合吸水性树脂的保水性较好。
The polyaspartic acid (PAsp) / organoclay composite water absorbent resin was prepared by reverse phase suspension method with hexamethylenediamine as crosslinker and polysuccinimide (PSI) as the organic clay respectively. The effects of the type and content of organoclay on the water absorption ratio of the composite absorbent resin were discussed. The salt tolerance, water retention and thermal stability of the composite absorbent resin containing different kinds of organic clays were studied. The results show that the type of organoclay not only affects the water absorption capacity of the composite water-absorbing resin, but also has a great influence on salt tolerance, water retention and thermal stability. The water absorption and heat of the composite water-absorbing resin containing organic kaolin The stability is best, the water-absorbing property of the composite sodium-based montmorillonite-containing absorbent resin is better.
