目的:探讨动态脑电图(AEEG)对儿童发作性疾病的诊断价值。方法:对353例儿童发作性疾病的AEEG资料进行回顾性分析。结果:353例患儿中,出现痫样放电272例;觉醒期放电27例,占10.1%;觉醒及睡眠期均出现放电124例;睡眠期放电121例,占44.6%。放电主要出现在NREMⅠ~Ⅱ期,218例患儿确诊为痫性发作,15例痫性发作患儿的分型得到修正。结论:睡眠期痫样放电检出率明显高于觉醒期,AEEG对发作性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断及分型具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic electroencephalogram (AEEG) in children with septic disease. Methods: The AEEG data of 353 children with seizures were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 353 children, there were 272 cases of epileptiform discharge; 27 cases of awakening discharge, accounting for 10.1%; 124 cases of awakening and sleep discharge; 121 cases of discharge during sleep, accounting for 44.6%. Discharge mainly occurred in NREM Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ stage, 218 cases of children diagnosed with epileptic seizures, 15 cases of epileptic seizures were corrected. Conclusion: The detection rate of epileptiform discharge in sleep stage is obviously higher than that in awakening stage. The AEEG is of great significance in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and classification of the seizure disease.
