鉴定了 ARC10 2 39/明恢 6 3F2 群体对白背飞虱的抗性 ,混合 F2 感虫稻株的 DNA,构建感虫池。应用 12 9个RFL P探针 ,结合 4种限制性内切酶 ,检测抗虫亲本 ARC10 2 39、感虫亲本明恢 6 3和感虫 DNA池的多态性。检测到 6个阳性探针 ,分布在 5个染色体上 (染色体 3、6、8、11和 12 )。应用阳性探针分析了 F2 群体的 14 2个个体 ,发现抗虫基因 Wbph2与第6染色体上的标记 RZ6 6 7、RG6 4和 RG2 6 4连锁 ,其中 ,Wbph2与 RZ6 6 7的遗传距离为 2 5 .6 c M(L OD=4 .5 0 )
The resistance of the ARC10 2 39 / Minghui 6 3F2 population to whitebacked planthopper (Sogatella furcifera) was identified, and the DNA of F2 susceptible rice plant was mixed to construct a susceptible pond. A total of 129 RFL P probes were used in combination with 4 restriction enzymes to detect the polymorphism of the insect-resistant parent ARC10 2 39, susceptible parent Minghui 63 and the susceptible DNA pool. Six positive probes were detected and distributed on five chromosomes (chromosomes 3, 6, 8, 11 and 12). Fourteen 2 individuals of F2 population were analyzed by using positive probes. It was found that the insect-resistant gene Wbph2 was linked to RZ667, RG6 4 and RG264 on chromosome 6, and the genetic distance between Wbph2 and RZ667 was 2 5 .6 c M (L OD = 4.500)
