众所周知,换气过度可引起头晕,但在头晕的鉴别诊断中却多不考虑换气过度综合征。然而有报告提到头晕患者中,约70％有换气过度综合征。作者发现换气过度综合征患者有前庭反应亢进现象,为此作了以下临床观察。A组为20例正常人,为确定速度阶梯反应的正常对照组;B组为26例经CO_2换气过度激发试验确诊的换气过度综合征的患者;C组为44例仅有头晕症状的病人。检查包括自发眼震和速度阶
As we all know, hyperventilation can cause dizziness, but in the differential diagnosis of dizziness, but mostly do not consider hyperventilation syndrome.
