对宝钢一转炉炼钢厂铁水预处理脱硫工序（包括鱼雷罐车脱硫和铁水包脱硫）进行了综合研究．编制了《宝钢炼钢厂铁水脱硫模式预定系统》离线运行软件．本软件设计为全开放系统（OpenSystem），脱硫模式的预定过程以脱硫综合成本为目标函数，采用令牌管理（ToekenManagent）规则．该软件的实验室模拟运行和现场离线运行均取得了较好的效果．
A comprehensive study on hot metal pretreatment desulfurization process (including torpedo tank desulphurization and hot metal desulphurization) of a converter steelmaking plant in Baosteel was carried out. The “Baosteel Steelmaking Hot Metal Desulphurization Mode Reservation System” was prepared and run offline software. The software is designed as an OpenSystem. The desulfurization mode is pre-determined by taking the overall cost of desulfurization as the objective function and using the ToekenManagent rule. The software simulation and laboratory off-site operation have achieved good results.
