目的:探讨mNGF(鼠神经生长因子)对重症脑出血患者的疗效及对炎症因子、氧化应激的影响。方法:将84例于新疆自治区人民医院进行治疗的重症脑出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。两组均给予控制颅内压、血糖等常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用mNGF。观察两组疗效,测定两组治疗前、后炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平及氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平变化。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者MDA、SOD水平显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:mNGF对重症脑出血患者疗效显著,可显著改善炎症反应和氧化应激反应。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mNGF (murine nerve growth factor) on the patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage and its effect on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress. Methods: Eighty-four patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Autonomous Region were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were given control of intracranial pressure, blood glucose and other conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the use of mNGF. The curative effect of two groups were observed. The levels of hs-CRP, IL-8, TNF-α and malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-8 and TNF- (P <0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the levels of MDA and SOD in the two groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the reduction in the observation group was more significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of mNGF on patients with severe intracerebral hemorrhage is significant, which can significantly improve the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.
