目的观察祛瘀合剂对血瘀证大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、血瘀证模型组、生化汤颗粒组(中药对照组)和祛瘀合剂高、中、低剂量组,采用肾上腺素(Adr)皮下注射及冷冻刺激诱发大鼠血瘀证模型,用放射免疫法测定样品的全血还原黏度低、中、高切,红细胞压积,血沉,血沉方程K值,红细胞聚集指数,红细胞刚性指数,红细胞变形指数,红细胞电泳指数等指标。结果造模后大鼠红细胞压积,全血还原黏度低、中、高切,血沉、血沉方程K值,均明显升高(P<0.05);祛瘀合剂对上述指标均有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论祛瘀合剂能明显改善血瘀证血液流变性,消除血液浓、粘、凝的状态。
Objective To observe the effect of Qiju Mixture on hemorheology in rats with blood stasis syndrome. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, blood stasis model group, biochemical decoction granule group (TCM control group) and high, middle, and low doses of phlegm mixture. Adrenoceptor (Adr) was injected subcutaneously. The model of blood stasis syndrome in rats induced by freezing stimulation was determined by radioimmunoassay, and the low-, medium-, high-cut, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, ESR, K value, erythrocyte aggregation index, RBC rigidity index, red blood cell deformation index of whole blood were determined. , Erythrocyte electrophoresis index and other indicators. RESULTS: Rat hematocrit after modeling, low reducing viscosity of medium blood, medium and high cut, K value of ESR and ESR were all significantly increased (P<0.05); Sputum Mixture had significant reduction in the above indexes (P<0.05). <0.05). Conclusion Qi Mixture can significantly improve the blood rheology of blood stasis syndrome and eliminate the state of thick, sticky and coagulated blood.
