目的 :研究复方人参注射液的色谱指纹谱测定方法。方法 :以人参皂苷Re为对照品 ,应用HPLC法 ,色谱柱 :ZORBAXSB C18(4 .6× 2 5 0mm ,5 Micro) ,流动相 :乙腈 :水 (梯度洗脱 ) ,柱温 :30°C ,检测波长 :2 0 3nm ,分析时间 :77min ,流速 :1.0mL·min-1。结果 :标示出复方人参注射液 2 7个共有峰。结论 :该方法准确、重复性好 ,为复方人参注射液的指纹图谱质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To study the method of chromatographic fingerprinting of compound ginseng injection. Methods: The ginsenoside Re was used as a reference substance and HPLC method was used. Column: ZORBAXSB C18 (4.6×25mm, 5 Micro), mobile phase: acetonitrile: water (gradient elution), column temperature: 30°C , Detection wavelength: 203 nm, analysis time: 77 min, flow rate: 1.0 mL·min-1. Results : Two-seven common peaks of compound ginseng injection were marked. Conclusion : The method is accurate and reproducible, providing a basis for quality control of compound ginseng injection fingerprints.
