随着我国的经济不断向前发展,我国在电力企业管理上的制度也在逐渐发生着变化,我国在电力企业管理上逐渐朝着打破电力企业垄断,提高我国电力企业的竞争力,提高我国电力企业的整体效益,促进我国电力企业的共同发展前进的目标发展着。现如今,虽然我国逐渐在电力企业上进行着改革,但是电力企业在薪酬管理及内部员工激励制度上仍然存在着一些问题,没有在电力企业内部建立起完善的员工激励制度,从某一方面看,这阻碍着我国电力企业朝着更好的方向发展前进。
