自从赏识教育理念以其良好的教育效果迅速被推广后,课堂上“你真棒”“你真了不起”这些赏识用语不断被教师重复使用。也许一开始确实看到学生的进步,但最终并没有取得教师意想之中的教育效果。在赏识教育的具体实践中,为什么会出现这种情况呢?带着这样的思考,结合多年的教育教学经验,简述在班主任教育工作中怎样正确运用赏识教育。
