绩效管理是人力资源管理工作的基础,在企业中具有十分重要的地位作用,它在人员培训与开发、劳动工资与报酬、岗位调配、人员提升与晋级等管理活动中发挥不可替代的功效,是现代企业制度的基本特征之一。本文阐述了企业绩效评估的结构体系,探讨了目前我国企业绩效评估体系存在的弊端,并针对目前现状提出了积极的对策与建议。
