本文认为,一、党要充分发挥公共权力的调控职能,把市场机制的“马太效应”控制在合理的范围内;二、党要为各群体之间的沟通和流动提供充足的渠道;三、党要为各界人士的利益竞争提供良好的法治环境;四、党要采取一系列制度来保证自身在协调各阶层利益时的公正性。 This article argues that, first, the party should give full play to the regulatory functions of public power and control the “Matthew Effect” of the market mechanism within a reasonable range. Second, the party should provide adequate channels for communication and mobility among the various groups Third, the party should provide a good legal environment for the competition of people from all walks of life. Fourth, the party should adopt a series of systems to guarantee its fairness in coordinating the interests of all social strata.
