针对黑钨与白钨共生矿床选厂黑钨、白钨互含影响彼此精矿质量的问题,进行黑钨与白钨分离研究。通过纯矿物研究试验,论证了先磁选黑钨后浮选白钨的方案为目前较佳分离工艺。对某钨矿堆存的黑钨与白钨混合精矿进行的试验研究表明:先磁后浮方案优于其它方案,可得到特级黑钨、白钨精矿。当原矿品位含WO367.02%(黑钨8.47%,白钨58.55%)时,回收率为96.34%。
Aiming at the problems of the black tungsten and white tungsten tungsten black and white tungsten symbiotic ore dressing plants affecting the quality of each other’s concentrate, the separation of black tungsten and scheelite was studied. Through the pure mineral research test, it proves that the scheme of flotation of scheelite after the first magnetic separation of black tungsten is the better separation process at present. The experimental study on mixed tungsten and scheelite concentrates stored in a tungsten mine shows that the first magnetic post-floatation scheme is superior to the other schemes, and the special grade black tungsten and scheelite concentrates can be obtained. When the ore grade contains WO367.02% (black tungsten 8.47%, white tungsten 58.55%), the recovery rate is 96.34%.
