本试验采用二次旋转通用组合设计研究了无土栽培(珍珠岩培养)条件下,不同浓度氮、硫、钾营养液对茎芥菜瘤茎产量、硫代葡萄糖甙(以下简称Gs)、硝态氮含量的影响。试验表明:在约束范围内,营养液的氮、钾浓度分别为442ppm、368ppm时产量最高(640克/株);营养液中N/K值(当量比,下同)以3.34—6.24较适宜;硫对瘤茎产量影响不显著;Gs含量与营养液中氮、硫浓度呈正相关,营养液中N/S值以4.9—9.5对Gs的形成有利;硝态氮含量与营养液中氮浓度呈显著正相关,降低营养液中氮浓度、提高钾浓度在一定限度内能降低瘤茎中硝态氮的含量。
