本研究通过问卷调查和访谈法,对浙江省827位家长对学前教育的满意度进行了调查。结果显示,幼儿家长在幼儿个别化需求满足、家园互动交流上满意度较低;幼儿家长对小学入学知识准备的需求度较高,满意度偏低;城乡幼儿家长的满意度差异显著,农村幼儿园的服务质量普遍低于城市。研究者据此建议,要加强家园互动,关注幼儿家长个别化需求的满足,积极引导家长形成正确的教育观念,以提升农村幼儿园的服务质量。
Through questionnaire and interviews, this study investigated 827 parents in Zhejiang Province about their satisfaction with preschool education. The results showed that the parents of young children were less satisfied with the individualized needs of children and had less satisfaction with the interaction of their homes. The parents of kindergartens had higher degree of satisfaction with the knowledge preparation of primary school enrollment and the satisfaction was low. The satisfaction of parents in urban and rural areas was significantly different, The quality of service is generally lower than the city. Therefore, the researchers suggest that we should strengthen home-based interaction, pay attention to the satisfaction of individual needs of young parents, and actively guide parents to form a correct educational concept so as to improve the service quality of rural kindergartens.
