在小学教学当中,班主任管理是尤为重要的一个环节。但是在实际的管理过程中,往往由于班主任与学生之间未建立和谐关系,造成日常的班主任管理工作的开展受到阻碍。为此,有必要构建班主任与学生和谐关系。在深入分析班主任管理工作与学生之间的存在的矛盾的基础上,探讨构建和谐关系的具体途径。
In primary school teaching, the class teacher management is a particularly important aspect. However, in the actual management process, it is often hindered by the fact that there is no harmonious relationship between the headteacher and the students, resulting in the daily headteachers’ management. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a harmonious relationship between teacher and student. On the basis of deeply analyzing the contradiction between the teacher’s management and the students’ existence, this paper explores the concrete ways to construct the harmonious relationship.
