However, in the actual management process, it is often hindered by the fact that there is no harmonious relationship between the headteacher and the students, resulting in the daily headteachers’ management. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a harmonious relationship between teacher and student. On the basis of deeply analyzing the contradiction between the teacher’s management and the students’ existence, this paper explores the concrete ways to construct the harmonious relationship.
