目的查明一起食物中毒原因,防止类似事件的发生。方法对某村民举办宴席后发生食物中毒事件进行现场流行病学调查和实验室检测。结果本次中毒罹患率18.9%(17/90),根据临床表现(腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等)、潜伏期(11~20.5h)、共同进食史,结合现场卫生学调查和实验室检测结果,判断是由于进食被奇异变形杆菌污染的食物引起中毒。结论建议各地结合本地实际,出台农村食品安全相关制度和管理办法,加强农村食物中毒预防知识的宣传,避免发生类似事件。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents. Methods An on-site epidemiological investigation and laboratory test of food poisoning occurred after a villager held a banquet. Results The incidence of poisoning was 18.9% (17/90). According to the clinical manifestations (abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc.), incubation period (11-20.5 h), co-feeding history and field hygienic investigation and laboratory test results , The judgment is due to eating food contaminated by Proteus mirabilis poisoning. Conclusions It is suggested that all localities should, in light of local conditions, introduce relevant systems and management measures for food safety in rural areas so as to enhance publicity of knowledge on prevention and control of rural food poisoning and avoid similar incidents.
