物资管理是港口企业一项重点工作,在围绕物资管理开展效能监察工作中,效能监察工作机构应当按照物资管理的内在规律,把好物资采购技术管理、招标和比价采购管理、物资到货验收和使用管理、废旧物资利用和处置管理以及运用科技手段实施物资管理过程监督五道关,通过加强动态监督和超前预控,促使企业廉洁高效地完成物资管理工作,保障港口生产经营物资需求。
