本文依托新建山西中南部铁路通道上庄1号隧道项目,通过数值模拟和现场监测等手段,对膨胀土隧道复合式衬砌受力特性进行研究,研究结论:初支和二衬施作前3~5天内力变化较大,施后约1周左右能达到平衡状态;二次衬砌拱墙施作对初期支护内力产生明显影响,弯矩、轴力的最大影响程度分别为26.07%、0.97%;二次衬砌的弯矩、轴力分别是初期支护内力的2.83%、0.38%,证明了隧道的初期支护是最主要的承力结构,二次衬砌在此主要用作安全储备。成果可为类似工程借鉴。
Based on the project of Shangzhuang 1 tunnel in the south-central Shanxi railway corridor, this paper studies the mechanical characteristics of the composite lining of expansive soil tunnel by means of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring. The conclusion is that the first and second linings are used in the first 3 ~ 5 The internal forces of the initial lining can be significantly affected by the application of the secondary lining arch wall. The maximum influence of bending moment and axial force are 26.07% and 0.97% respectively. The bending moment and axial force of secondary lining are respectively 2.83% and 0.38% of the initial supporting internal force. It is proved that the initial support of the tunnel is the most important load-bearing structure. The secondary lining is mainly used as safety reserve here. The results can be drawn from similar projects.
