目的:对漆姑草提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性进行初步筛选研究。方法:首先选用3个人癌细胞株(人白血病K562细胞株、人宫颈癌Hela细胞株、人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株),采用MTT法和SRB法对漆姑草5个不同溶剂萃取部位进行抗肿瘤活性筛选,并对溶剂极性较大部位中的皂苷和多糖进行针对人白血病K562和HL-60两种细胞株的筛选研究。结果:漆姑草皂苷对人白血病细胞株K562和HL-60均显示有一定的抑制作用,多糖对人白血病K562细胞可能有弱的抑制作用。结论:漆姑草皂苷是漆姑草体外抗白血病细胞的活性部位。
OBJECTIVE: To preliminary screening the antitumor activity of Artemisia japonica extract in vitro. Methods: Three human cancer cell lines (human leukemia K562 cell line, human cervical cancer Hela cell line and human breast cancer MCF-7 cell line) were selected. MTT assay and SRB assay were performed on five different solvent extraction sites The antitumor activity was screened, and the saponins and polysaccharides in the solvent polarity larger part were screened for the two cell lines of human leukemia K562 and HL-60. Results: Lacqueroside could inhibit human leukemia cell lines K562 and HL-60, and polysaccharides may have weak inhibitory effect on human leukemia K562 cells. Conclusion: Lacquer saponin is the active site of Laccase in vitro against leukemia cells.
