研究了低温条件下,以“托鲁巴姆”为砧木的嫁接茄子的生理生化变化,对嫁接茄子的抗寒性做了初步探讨。结果表明:随低温胁迫时间延长,以自根苗(CK)为对照,嫁接苗发生冷害的时间延晚,受害程度相对较轻;嫁接苗电解质渗透率增加趋势较CK平缓,且明显低于CK;光合强度较高而呼吸强度相差不大;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降趋势较CK稳定;酯酶(EST)及过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶谱带变化可以推测出嫁接后对冷胁迫抗性生化物质改变。
The physiological and biochemical changes of grafted eggplant with “Tuolumbum” as rootstock were studied under low temperature conditions, and the cold resistance of grafted eggplant was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the duration of chilling damage of grafted seedlings was delayed with the self-rooted seedling (CK) as control, and the degree of damage was relatively light. The increase of electrolyte permeability of grafted seedlings was slower than that of CK and obviously lower than that of CK. The photosynthetic intensity and respiration intensity were not significantly different. The activity of catalase (CAT) decreased more slowly than that of CK.
