对Al-Mg-Mn-Zr-Er合金进行TIG焊接,研究了母材和焊缝的微观组织特征,重点研究了Er在焊缝中的存在形式及其对焊缝微观组织的影响。结果表明:Er在焊缝中以Al3Er相的形式存在,其中初生Al3Er具有细化晶粒的作用,次生Al3Er具有弥散强化的作用;在熔合线附近出现由细小等轴晶组成的细晶区,该区域的出现与Er元素的添加有关。
The TIG welding of Al-Mg-Mn-Zr-Er alloy was carried out to study the microstructure of the base metal and the weld. The existence of Er in the weld and its influence on the microstructure of the weld were investigated emphatically. The results show that Er exists in the form of Al3Er phase in the weld, in which primary Al3Er has the function of grain refinement and secondary Al3Er has the effect of dispersion strengthening. In the vicinity of the weld line, a fine grain region composed of fine equiaxed grains The appearance of this area is related to the addition of Er elements.
