The purpose of detail management services throughout the physical examination process, improve the quality of health examination services. Methods Analyze the major problems customers have in the physical examination process. Results The quality of medical services, the number of medical examinations and customer satisfaction increased year by year. Conclusion The medical examination center enhanced the customer satisfaction by implementing the detail management service. The overall quality of the department staff was enhanced, the department competitiveness was enhanced, and the social and economic benefits were both win-win.
