目的:了解咸安区食品药品监督管理系统此轮机构改革后人力资源现状,为优化及合理配置本系统监管队伍提供调研资料。方法使用Excel软件统计本行政区食品药品监督管理系统机构改革人员划转后岗位配置、性别、年龄、学历、专业、职称、执业资格、人员编制及聘任认证检查员等情况并进行分析。结果通过数据得出我区食品药品监督管理系统男女性别比为1:0.36;平均年龄为40.4岁,年龄段为年富力强的青壮年;全区系统工作人员拥有本科学历、大专学历、中专(高中)及以下学历比率分别为9%、40%、51%,学历层次较低;专业分布则呈现出多元化而专业性不强,涉及到主要专业如药学、医学、食品、法律专业人才严重缺乏;拥有中、初级专业技术职称人数较多且有2名执业药师(含中西药)。结论我区食品药品监督管理系统人力资源配置现状是人员学历、专业配置较低,亟待解决派出机构执法人员执法水平、执法人员数量及执法工作人员身份等突出问题。“,”Objective To understand the cur ent status of human resources of food and drug management system in Xian'an district after the institutional reform in the cur ent round. Methods To statistic and analyze the food and drug management system's job configuration, gender, age, education, profession, job title, qualifications, staf ing and appointment of certified inspectors after the institutional reform in the administrative by using Excel software. Results From the data, male to female ratio was 1:0.36;mean age was 40.4 years old, young and spiritual;the bachelor degree, col ege degree , secondary school educational and below rates were 9%,40%,51%, the educational levels were low in the food and drug administration system;Professional distribution is showing a diversified and professional y is not strong, a serious lack of professional such as pharmacy, medicine, food, legal professionals;a large number of primary and intermediate professional titles, and has two licensed pharmacists (including Chinese and Western medicine ).Conclusion The cur ent status of human resources of the supervision system in the district is that the educational background and professional configuration is lower, the level and number of law enforcement should to be worked soon.
