本文通过研究在反应体系中加入甲醇,以氯化钾和硫酸铵为原料来制备硫酸钾。该方法具有诸多优点,但是转化率较低。本文主要通过正交的实验讨论了工艺参数转化率的影响,主要包括反应温度、反应时间、硫酸铵初始质量分数、甲醇质量分数、硫酸铵与氯化钾的配料比等。结果表明:在添加有机溶剂甲醇时,优化工艺条件为,反应温度为20℃,反应时间80 min,硫酸铵初始质量分数32%,甲醇质量分数60%,配料比0.96。在该条件下,氧化钾转化率可以达到93.35%,产品质量符合有关标准。分析硫酸钾产品的质量,达到农用一级品标准。总之,该方法过程比较简单、产品质量好和氧化钾转化率也比较高。
In this paper, by adding methanol in the reaction system, potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate as raw materials to prepare potassium sulfate. This method has many advantages, but the conversion rate is low. In this paper, the influence of process parameters conversion rate is discussed through orthogonal experiment mainly including reaction temperature, reaction time, ammonium sulfate initial mass fraction, methanol mass fraction, the ratio of ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride. The results showed that when the organic solvent methanol was added, the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 20 ℃, reaction time was 80 min, initial mass fraction of ammonium sulfate was 32%, mass fraction of methanol was 60% and the ratio of ingredients was 0.96. Under this condition, the conversion rate of potassium oxide can reach 93.35%, product quality in line with the relevant standards. Analysis of the quality of potassium sulfate products, to reach a farm product standards. In short, the process is relatively simple, good product quality and conversion rate of potassium oxide is relatively high.
