为了优化镐形截齿结构,实现自身的性能最优,针对复杂煤层开采条件,基于变密度法的拓扑优化理论,以截齿轻量化为优化目标函数,以满足强度和使用寿命要求为约束条件,对掘进机镐形截齿的刀杆进行拓扑优化、结构改进和参数优化,并对参数优化后的镐形截齿进行强度和疲劳寿命验证。
