α-肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)是一种多肽,分子量1 700d,主要由激活的巨噬细胞分泌,是组织破坏和重建过程中的重要介体,可能参与介导中耳炎的各种病理过程。后天性胆脂瘤与炎症反应有关,因此TNF-α可能与胆脂瘤的发生有关,但尚未见胆脂瘤内存在TNF-α的报告,本文的目的是研究TNF-α在中耳胆脂瘤中的位置及其对角化细胞的影响,以阐明TNF-α在胆脂瘤病变中的作用。结果为经免疫过氧化酶染色后,TNF-α表现与胆脂瘤细胞周围和基质细胞表面呈褐色,上皮下层组织内的巨噬细胞和单核细胞上亦可见TNF-α着色,对照组中上皮和上皮下层的结
Alpha-tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) is a polypeptide with a molecular weight of 1700d, secreted mainly by activated macrophages and is an important mediator of tissue destruction and remodeling. It may be involved in various pathological processes that mediate otitis media . The acquired cholesteatoma is related to inflammatory reaction, so TNF-α may be related to the occurrence of cholesteatoma, but there is no report on the presence of TNF-α in cholesteatoma. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of TNF- Tumor location and its impact on keratinocytes in order to elucidate the role of TNF-α in the pathogenesis of cholesteatoma.
