农发行基层党组织建设应把握好三个重点,即增强党建工作支撑力,保障党建工作执行力,提高党建工作新活力。农发行基层党组织作为政策性银行党的建设最基本的战斗堡垒,如何在新的发展时期解放思想、开拓进取,创新基层党建工作,成为基层党员和党组织值得深思的课题。笔者认为农发行基层党组织建设应把握以下重点。一、抓住思想根源,做到三个坚持,增强党建工作支撑力提高对基层党建工作的认识就是要始终 The grassroots party organizations of the Agricultural Development Bank should grasp three key points: strengthening support for party building work, safeguarding the execution power of party building work and raising the new vitality of party building work.
