近几年来,凤尾菇、平菇的生产已在我省迅速发展,但是,限于室内栽培,不能满足市场的需求。若选择合适的季节,配以相应的栽培技术,在室外大面积栽培,也能获得较好收成,生物效率可达80—100％。 一、室外栽培优点 1、面积大,不存在“老菇房”问题,病虫害少,利于轮作换茬。2、菇房种菇常因通气不良而引起CO_2沉积,造成培养料变黑腐烂。室外种菇,有利通风透光,不致引起危害。3、可自然调节培养料的干湿度。培养料干时,可由土壤毛管上升水得到补充;过湿时,水分可向土壤内渗透。
