伴随着中国保险业的飞速发展,保险行业销售误导和理赔难的问题逐渐引起社会的广泛关注,监管部门也正加大力度进行整治。本文从保险产品特性、保险消费者几项重要权益及当前消费者权益保护的主要问题分析出发,建议监管部门通过建立独立的保险仲裁机制、完善的保险消费者教育工作体系、保险消费者投诉综合管理平台三方面工作来保障保险消费者权益。
With the rapid development of China’s insurance industry, the problem of misdirection and claims in the insurance industry has aroused widespread public concern. Regulators are also stepping up efforts to rectify the situation. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of insurance products, several important rights and interests of insurance consumers and the main problems of the protection of consumers’ rights and interests, the author suggests that the regulatory authorities should establish an independent insurance arbitration mechanism, a sound insurance consumer education system, Management platform to protect three aspects of consumer insurance rights and interests.
