研制了一种 Cr6Ni11Mn13 Mo Ti奥氏体钢焊条用于高温服役 ( 4 5 0~ 65 0℃ )的 Cr-Mo钢构件的异种金属焊接 .结果表明 :其异质接头具有良好力学性能和抗氧化性能 ,可以克服以往的异质接头服役过程中因碳迁移而导致的提前失效问题
A Cr6Ni11Mn13 Mo Ti austenitic steel electrode was fabricated for dissimilar metal welding of Cr-Mo steel components with high service temperature (4550 ~ 6500C) .The results show that the heterogeneous joints have good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance Performance, can overcome the problem of early failure due to carbon migration in the process of service of heterogeneous joints in the past
